By enrolling in classes, visiting our studio, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions established by Majestic Starz Cheer and Dance Co. ("the company").

Services

We provide cheer and dance instruction, training programs, events, and related merchandise sales. Participation requires payment of applicable fees and adherence to all safety and conduct policies.

Registration and Payments

All participants must complete registration forms and submit payment on time at the beginning of the month. Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension of participation, removal from the team, or not being able to perform in public events.

Conduct and Safety

All athletes and participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants. Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

Media Release

By participating, you grant permission for photos and videos of classes and events to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you submit a written request opting out.

Liability

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risk, by enrolling, you acknowledge and accept those risks and release Majestic Starz Cheer and Dance Co. and its staff from liability for injuries or damages resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Cancellations or Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or locations as needed. Notification will be provided as soon as we make a change.
